I can't seem to stick with one type of clay or one particular way to make my work for that matter! I love the way fine white stoneware feels so smooth on the wheel, but also love the way red earth clay reminds me of our country and of our ancient red centre. Dark matter has an earthy rough texture that turns into a spacey galaxy with clear glaze, and there's something so lovely about the dark speckle in white stoneware.
